Board Certified Workers' Compensation
I have practiced law since 1966. I am a sole practitioner with a support staff of four paralegals. I handle workers' compensation defense cases in the area of Pensacola, Florida, and as far east as Panama City, Florida, which also includes the San Destin area. I have practiced law in this area for the past 34 years except for a brief hiatus of five years in North Carolina during which I also practiced law there. I have specialized in workers' compensation for approximately 25 years. I have been board certified as a workers' compensation attorney in the State of Florida since the commencement of certification in Florida in 1988. I have lectured extensively to attorneys, adjusters, risk managers, physicians, and other specialists within the workers' compensation system. I have appeared before the Judges of Compensation Claims in the area in which I practice since they became Judges of Compensation Claims.
